Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to let you know. We'll also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded to the gift card used at checkout. Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you've completed all necessary steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at mytimegear@gmail.com.
