Please see below for more information on our specific return policy.
We accept refunds and exchanges. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, if you received a gift with your purchase, it must also be returned in its original condition. To complete a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any item that included a gift with purchase (GWP) where the GWP was not returned or was returned in poor condition.
If I want to return a "must-buy" item for an exchange or refund, can I keep the gift?
To receive an exchange or refund for a Must-Buy Item, you must return any free "Gift Items" (GWPs) in addition to the Must-Buy Item itself. If the GWPs are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the total refund. This requirement is intended to prevent customers who only want to receive GWPs from abusing our return policy.
